The Regina City Hall Parkade was constructed in 1985 and has been maintained through regular restoration. The extreme climate conditions of the Canadian prairies causes cracks in the cement which allows salt to come in contact with the steel causing rust and corrosion.

Project Scope: This project required extensive restoration to all three levels to the Regina City Hall Parkade to meet safety regulations. The project included hydro-demolition and restoration of the surface concrete on all three levels and mechanical upgrades existing pipes and boilers.
